The Air Filtration Situation
AAF challenged the customer to try the AAF ATMCU High Temperature H13 HEPA filter in their oven, which is better suited to their application requirements. AAF also dared them to use two different ovens, one with AAF filter and the other with their existing brand.
As part of their SOP, this leading pharmaceutical factory in Thailand conducted tests on the current HEPA filter installed in their ovens, which failed after the burn-in process. This major problem has affected their productivity due to downtime. The pharma-factory needs the perfect solution by getting the right, high quality and good performance filter that can help them save cost and time on filter replacement.
Right after testing at normal temperature, they conducted another burn-in testing process which impressed their QA department with the outstanding quality performance of the AAF filter. Due to the tremendous stress and strain or expansion and contraction of the filter when exposed to these higher temperatures and cycles, the chances of a filter passing at 0.01 percent penetration are often minimal, but it did. With the astounding test results, the QA manager at the pharma-factory felt confident in the AAF filter and decided to switch all of their oven filters to AAF.
The media and components of the AAF ATMCU High Temperature H13 HEPA filter are designed to withstand temperatures of up to 400°C for an hour, and the structure is designed to withstand high temperatures while maintaining consistent performance throughout its lifetime.
