Oil Hunter™ MT
Keeping oil mist under control
Oil Hunter™ MT is an oil mist collector with a filtration capacity up to a flow rate of 1,000 m3/h.
Designed as a Plug & Play solution, it integrates all the necessary elements to provide a quick installation and start-up while keeping a compact size that allows being installed on top of machining equipment.
Maintenance can be easily done from top, just opening the top filter door to remove each filter upwards.
Oil Hunter™ MT features 3 stages of filtration and an additional HEPA optional one to increase filtration efficiency depending on customer’s needs.

3 Stage Filter Set
- Washable Metal Filter: first contact with the dirty air, reducing the amount of fine oil particles that pass to the next stage.
- Washable Mesh Filter: second stage of filtration for removing fine oil particles before passing to the upper level.
- Coalescer Main Filter : filtration stage of the smallest oil mist particles.
A higher quality filtration can be achieved with the optional HEPA filter that eliminates finest oil particles emissions to the indoor atmosphere.
